Refund Eligibility
a) IT Consulting & Advisory Services
- If you cancel a consultation at least 48 hours before the scheduled time, you are eligible for a full refund.
- Cancellations made within 48 hours of the appointment may be subject to a partial refund or rescheduling.
b) Software Development & Custom IT Solutions
- Due to the nature of custom software development, refunds are only available if work has not yet started.
- If the project is in progress, a partial refund may be granted based on completed milestones.
- No refunds will be issued once the final deliverable has been provided.
c) Subscription-Based Services
- Monthly subscriptions can be canceled anytime, but refunds will not be issued for the current billing cycle.
- Annual subscriptions may be refunded within 7 days of purchase if the service has not been used.
d) Digital Products & Licenses
- Digital software, licenses, and downloadable products are non-refundable once accessed or activated.
4. Cancellation Policy

- Cancellation requests for ongoing projects will be reviewed, and any applicable refunds will be processed according to the refund eligibility criteria.
5. Processing Refunds
- Approved refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days via the original payment method.
- Any applicable processing fees or administrative charges may be deducted from the refund amount.
